Ryan Fred

Ryan Fred is the driving force behind Real Property Management Ignite. With over 2 decades of experience in real estate, finance and property management in Central Oregon, Ryan has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and personalized service.  Ryan believes that property management is not just about buildings; it’s about people. He prioritizes tenant satisfaction, ensuring that residents feel at home and landlords enjoy hassle-free ownership. His transparent communication style fosters strong relationships with clients. Whether it’s handling emergencies or negotiating lease terms, Ryan is responsive and reliable. In the off chance you can’t get a hold of Ryan by phone or email, you may want to wander down to one of the local rivers.  There’s a good chance he briefly put his cell phone down in exchange for a fly rod or riverside IPA.

Brian Smith

Born and raised in Southern Oregon, Brian is a lifetime Oregonian.  He has always had a love for numbers and obtained bachelor’s degree from Linfield College in Finance and Mathematics.  Upon graduation, Brian spent several years in corporate accounting and auditing before moving to Bend in 2007.  He has spent the last 17 years in banking, specializing in portfolio lending for high-net-worth clients.  This banking and finance background, combined with his local knowledge makes Brian extremely qualified to manage your real estate investment!  In his free time, Brian enjoys getting outdoors, fishing at the Oregon coast, concerts, and Oregon Ducks football.
